Nominator's project description
| Professor Tretiak has made many pioneering contributions in our understanding of electronic processes in different nanosized systems. He has developed world-wide collaborations with leading experimental groups focused on various optoelectronic technologies. During his research stay in Germany, he will explore theories and experiments which promise detailed atomistic insights into the photoinduced dynamics resulting in conversion of solar energy into electrical and chemical energy. |
